The work sits at the intersection of inclusive learning, immersive environments, and learning analytics, with a commitment to personalizing these environments for underrepresented learners, including learners with disabilities.

AdDIE Lab is built for researchers who want to design inclusive, immersive, and analytics-rich learning environments with methodological care. We mentor students as co-authors and design partners, with particular attention to welcoming underrepresented researchers into rigorous, visible, and humane research practice. Lab work is ambitious, but the working culture is generous: careful feedback, shared credit, and a clear path from apprenticeship to independent scholarly contribution.
